Responsibilities
As a Project Assistant, your primary responsibility will be maintaining and updating information in our ERP system (SAP S/4HANA). You will collect, organize, and verify data to ensure that information remains accurate and up to date. You will also assist project teams with administrative and support tasks, prepare reports, and support documentation activities.
The role requires close collaboration with colleagues across different departments and a systematic approach to managing information and administrative processes.
Salary
The salary range for this position is € 2,300–2,700 per month, depending on your experience and qualifications.
Requirements
- Vocational qualification, Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent practical experience in business administration, office management, or a related field
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good organizational and administrative skills
- Ability to work systematically and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Interest in working with ERP systems; previous SAP or ERP experience is considered an advantage
- Good communication skills in English, both spoken and written
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel
- A proactive, service-minded, and team-oriented mindset
