Responsibilities

  • In this role, you will support production operations and contribute to the continuous development of manufacturing processes.
  • Production work includes analyzing and optimizing workflows, solving technical challenges, and ensuring that equipment operates efficiently and reliably.
  • Close collaboration with the production team is essential, providing technical support in daily operations and contributing to process improvements across the production environment.
  • The role also involves hands-on work with machines and equipment, requiring a practical approach and a strong understanding of how systems function in real production settings.

Requirements

  • B.Sc. or M.Sc. degree in a relevant technical field (Engineering or equivalent)
  • Strong hands-on experience with machines and production equipment
  • Solid understanding of manufacturing processes and production environments
  • A practical, solution-oriented mindset and willingness to take initiative
  • Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) is considered an advantage
  • Fluent Finnish and English skills (spoken and written)
  • Ability to work systematically and support team performance in daily operations
