Nanocomp is a global leader in advanced photonic solutions, specializing in the design and manufacturing of micro- and nanostructured optical components. As we continue to grow, we are looking for an experienced and motivated Office and Export Assistant to join our innovative team for the remainder of 2025.

Your Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate daily export operations, including preparing export documentation, arranging shipments, and ensuring compliance with international trade regulations
  • Communicate with freight forwarders, customs agents, and customers to secure smooth deliveries worldwide
  • Track shipments, handle delivery schedules, and proactively resolve possible transport or customs issues
  • Maintain and develop export processes and documentation practices for efficiency and accuracy
  • Provide general office support, including meeting arrangements, travel bookings, and handling incoming/outgoing correspondence
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as invoicing, purchase orders, and maintaining ERP records
  • Collaborate closely with production, sales, and finance teams to ensure seamless order fulfilment from start to finish

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous experience in export operations, international logistics, or administrative coordination
  • Understanding of export documentation requirements and customs processes
  • Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Proactive, hands-on approach to problem-solving and teamwork
  • Fluent in Finnish and English (spoken and written)
  • Experience with ERP systems (SAP or similar) is an advantage
