This acquisition marks another significant step in strengthening photonics and advanced materials expertise across our operations. Nanocomp Ltd became part of Radiant Opto-Electronics Corporation in 2023, and the addition of Inkron Oy further deepens our collective commitment to cutting-edge photonics capabilities in the region.
As part of this development, Nanocomp CEO Veli-Pekka Leppänen will take on leadership of Inkron Oy in addition to his current role.
